Develop the right combination of residential, commercial, and industrial zones as well as focusing on downtown construction in order to gain the most points. Large zones score lots of points but small zones leave your mark on many parts of the city.

Mastering Zoned Out takes good timing and clever card placement. In the end, whoever has built the most prosperous regions, contributed the most to a bustling downtown, and satisfied the goals the citizens most desire, will win the game.
